About The Position

This is a sales-oriented position with a focus on proactive guest interaction, hospitality, and product knowledge for both retail and our other Pursuit services. Sales associates are responsible for delivering exceptional guest service through product knowledge, personalized recommendations, and identifying customer needs. They will also maintain merchandising standards, inventory accuracy, and visually appealing product displays. The role supports sales goals through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques, manages POS transactions, cash handling, and daily cash-out procedures with accuracy. Additionally, associates ensure a clean, organized, and well-stocked retail environment while upholding company standards for hospitality and environmental stewardship.

Requirements

Previous retail experience an asset
Hospitality-oriented mindset and a passion for delivering memorable experiences
Mature, energetic, dependable and self-motivated
Enjoy working with a diverse team in a busy, fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills
Second language an asset
Enthusiastic and out-going personality, ability to use this to engage with guests
Cash handling experience
Able to take initiative on restocking, re-merchandising, and regular cleaning duties
