About The Position

As a Nike Retail Associate, you embody the “Just Do It” mindset, providing exceptional service to help consumers discover products that inspire them to move, dream, and dare. You are instrumental in building brand trust and loyalty within the store environment. Working in a fast-paced, high-traffic setting, you collaborate with a team across various store zones to meet diverse consumer needs. The role emphasizes a collective win, showing up with optimism and hunger, with the ultimate goal of serving the consumer and delivering an outstanding Nike store experience.

Requirements

• Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Must be at least 18 (U.S.).
• Completion of an online assessment as part of the application process.
