About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Associate to join our team in Roosevelt Park, MI. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Retail Associate or in a similar retail/customer service role preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills and ability to operate a cash register.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
• Operate cash registers, handle transactions accurately, and process returns and exchanges.
• Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure the sales floor is clean and well-maintained.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.
• Provide product information and answer customer questions to enhance their shopping experience.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet store goals and deliver excellent service.
