About The Position

Nordstrom is hiring for regular and seasonal roles in Women's Apparel, Men's Apparel, Store Support & Cashier, and Logistics at its The Village at Corte Madera store. Applicants may attend a hiring event on Thursday, October 22, 2026, between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m.; no advance appointment is needed. Interviews take approximately one hour, and on-the-spot offers will be made for most roles. Applicants may bring a resume, but it is not required. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis, and applicants unable to attend the event may still be considered. Pay varies by role and location and is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Listed hourly ranges include $21.00–$21.85 for Customer Service, Sales Support, and Stock, Fulfillment and Delivery; Sales is listed at $20.60 per hour. Commission for many selling employees varies with merchandise sold; apparel, shoes, and accessories typically range from 3% to 14.5%, while Beauty and Men's Fragrance sales roles typically receive 3%. Some positions may be eligible for performance-based incentives or bonuses. Standard physical requirements include continuous movement for 6–8 hours per shift; frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, reaching, and hand use for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling; and handling bulky or awkward items, including overhead lifting. Employees regularly lift up to 10 pounds, occasionally up to 25 pounds, and frequently carry up to 25 pounds. Stock and Logistics roles may occasionally require lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
