About The Position

As a Converse Retail Associate, you help customers find products that meet their needs while contributing to a welcoming and energetic store environment. You share product knowledge, maintain store standards, pursue sales goals, and support teammates and customers with integrity and reliability. The role requires flexibility within your stated availability; schedules vary with location, season, store needs, and business demands. Standard shifts are generally scheduled between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM in the store’s time zone. Depending on store needs, shifts may occasionally fall outside your availability or require different availability. The starting hourly rate is $16.00. Full-time retail schedules are defined as 32–40 hours per week; the posting also describes part-time and seasonal hour ranges, but does not specify the employment type for this particular opening.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Flexible scheduling and availability to work retail hours, which may include days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs.
Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
