About The Position

TJ Maxx is seeking a Part-time Retail Associate to join their team. This role is responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The associate will adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. This position may involve cross-training in multiple areas of the store to support business needs. The role models established customer experience practices, supports a positive store culture, and accurately handles customer transactions. The associate will also promote credit and loyalty programs, maintain merchandising standards, and process merchandise for the sales floor. Responsibilities include store recovery, maintaining cleanliness and organization, providing and accepting feedback, adhering to labor laws and policies, and supporting shrink reduction and safety goals. Other duties may be assigned.
