Requirements
- Someone who’s positive, reliable, and customer-focused
- A team player who’s not afraid to jump in wherever needed
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable standing, moving, lifting (up to 20 lbs), and staying active all shift
- No formal education or retail experience required — we’ll train you!
Nice To Haves
- Bonus if you love secondhand fashion, funky finds, or organizing like a pro
Responsibilities
- Greet every customer like they just walked into your party
- Help shoppers find the perfect item (hello, hidden gems!)
- Ring up sales and handle payments at the register
- Colorize and organize clothing displays so they POP
- Keep the sales floor tidy, clean, and looking awesome
- Answer phones and direct calls with confidence
- Watch for shoplifters — protect the treasure!
- Clean fitting rooms, bathrooms, counters… the works
- Assist with restocking, sorting donations, and whatever else keeps the store running smooth
