About The Position

The Waukesha St. Vincent de Paul location is looking for Retail Associates. Weekend availability is required. This position pays $15.50/hr. during the week and $16.50/hr. on the weekends.

Requirements

Ability to communicate with customers, associates, and store leadership in a friendly, respectful, cooperative, and pleasant manner.
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.
Ability to use all Store equipment, including phones, registers and PC as required.
Ability to stand, walk, and move around the store as required.
Ability to regularly bend at the waist, squat, kneel, climb, carry, reach, and stoop.
Ability to occasionally push, pull and lift more than 25 pounds.
Ability to use janitorial equipment, rolling racks, ladders, and other assigned supplies.
Flexibility to adapt and change duties as needed by the store management.

Responsibilities

Sorting donated items and determining if items are sellable.
Determining sale prices and placing items on the sales floor in their correct location.
Reaching and maintaining production goals.
Cashier as needed.
Maintaining a clean and orderly production area with safety practices enforced.
Keeping display fixtures and sales floor neat and orderly.
Maintaining excellent and courteous relations with customers in the retail store and providing good customer service.
Cross training in other departments as needed.
Completing all assigned training and attending all mandatory meetings.
Performing other duties as assigned by management.
