About The Position

BSN SPORTS, a Varsity Brands Company, is seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate for its New Jersey retail locations, specifically in Raritan. This role is focused on providing excellent customer service and assisting customers with their needs in a fast-paced retail environment. The goal is to create a positive shopping experience that makes customers feel valued and satisfied, turning transactions into opportunities for customers to gear up for greatness.

Requirements

• Understanding of the retail sales process.
• Basic math skills.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships.
• Ability to perform in fast-paced environments.
• Flexibility to work various shifts.
• High school degree or currently enrolled in High School.

Nice To Haves

• Lacrosse experience is a plus.
• Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate, or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers.
• Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and after-sales services.
• Answer customer questions about specific products/services.
• Ensure store racks are fully stocked.
• Inform customers about discounts and special offers.
• Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager.
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services.
