About The Position

Join a high-energy retail environment where you'll help create an exceptional customer experience for guests from around the world. As a Seasonal Floor Associate, you will assist customers with purchases, provide product recommendations, demonstrate products, and help maintain a clean, organized, and engaging sales floor. This seasonal opportunity runs through the end of the year, with the possibility of extension based on business needs.

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of retail customer service experience.
Cashier experience is required.
High School Diploma or GED.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Ability to lift and move merchandise while following proper safety procedures.
Ability to use ladders and assist with basic display maintenance when needed.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a gaming, electronics, technology, or entertainment-related retail environment.
Knowledge of video game products, accessories, and services.
Passion for customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
Assist customers with merchandise purchases and answer product-related questions.
Provide product demonstrations and share knowledge of gaming and electronic products.
Recommend products based on customer interests and needs.
Accurately process transactions using a cash register/POS system.
Restock merchandise and maintain organized, visually appealing displays.
Support routine store maintenance, merchandising, and display upkeep.
Follow attendance, punctuality, and scheduling expectations.
