About The Position
The Miami HEAT is looking for a Retail Associate at our Miami International Airport Location. This role involves effectively using product knowledge to sell all merchandise and adhering to the customer service program. Six months to one year of cashier/retail experience and strong customer service skills are preferred.

Responsibilities
- Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise, and providing outstanding customer service.
- Operating cash registers.
- Achieving individual sales goals.
- Directing customers to merchandise within the store.
- Increasing in-store sales.
- Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor.
- Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers.
- Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts.
- Adhere to all policies and security procedures.
