About The Position

Schulte Hospitality Group is IMMEDIATELY HIRING Part-Time Retail Associates! We are seeking dependable, friendly, and service-oriented individuals to join our team. We currently need: 1 Retail Associate: Saturday & Sunday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, 1 Retail Associate: Sunday | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM. These are part-time positions with an immediate hiring need. Serious inquiries only. Applicants must be dependable and available to consistently work the listed shifts. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred
• Basic knowledge of retail sales principles and customer service practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle transactions accurately
• Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer use
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to [X] lbs (e.g., 25--50 lbs)
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow directions and store procedures accurately
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Nice To Haves

• Additional training in retail, customer service, or sales is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist customers with locating products and answering product-related questions.
• Operate cash registers, handle transactions, and process payments accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
• Stock shelves, replenish merchandise, and monitor inventory levels.
• Assist with receiving and unpacking deliveries.
• Promote sales, special offers, and loyalty programs to customers.
• Handle customer complaints or direct them to the appropriate manager.
• Follow store procedures for opening, closing, and security.
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and customer satisfaction targets.
