About The Position

Nike Retail Associates, known as Athletes, bring the “Just Do It” mindset to life by helping consumers discover products that inspire them. They serve consumers across store zones and needs, build brand trust and loyalty, and work as part of a team to provide an excellent Nike store experience in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment. The starting hourly rate is $17.00. Retail shifts are generally scheduled between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM in the store’s time zone; overnight positions may work between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Schedules vary by location, season, business demands, store needs, and employment type. Managers will make every effort to schedule within stated availability, though business needs may sometimes require different or additional availability. Full-time hours are listed as 32–40 per week, part-time as 14–29, seasonal as up to 40 based on business need, and part-time under as 5–15. An online assessment is part of the application process and evaluates personality and behavioral preferences relevant to the role. Accommodations are available during assessment and interviews, including screen readers, sign language interpreters, accessible interview locations, closed captioning, and other reasonable modifications. Relocation support and work authorization assistance are not available.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekend, and/or holiday shifts based on department and store or company needs.
Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
Must complete an online assessment as part of the application process.
