About The Position
This role will perform customer service and general cleaning of building and grounds to keep the store presentable for customers and staff.
Requirements
- Professional and courteous attitude
- Must be self-motivated
- Ability to lift 55 pounds repeatedly
- Able to stand, lift, sit, walk and bend
Responsibilities
- Daily clean and organize storage, parking and outside areas.
- Taking out trash and general dusting.
- Assist customers (phone, counter & pumps) with sales during busy times.
- Handle and load customer merchandise purchases.
- Accurately invoice customers on computer during busy times.
- Stock shelves.
- Water nursery stock.
- Use company safety guidelines to perform daily tasks.
- Learn job specific computer skills.
- Handle products with care to minimize loss.
- Communicate with retail manager on supply needs, inventory, and pricing.
