About The Position

As a Nike Retail Associate, known as Athletes, you embody the 'Just Do It' mindset. You serve customers professionally, helping them discover products that inspire them to move, dream, and dare. You build brand trust and loyalty within the store environment. Working in a fast-paced, high-traffic setting, you collaborate with a team, showing optimism and a drive for collective success. The primary goal is to serve the consumer and deliver the ultimate Nike store experience.

Requirements

• Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
