About The Position

Sierra at TJX Companies is looking for a Retail Associate to join their team. This role is responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The associate will adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards and may be cross-trained to support various areas of the store. The role models customer experience practices, supports a positive store culture, accurately handles transactions, promotes loyalty programs, maintains merchandising standards, prepares merchandise for the sales floor, participates in store recovery and maintenance, provides and accepts feedback, adheres to labor laws, and supports shrink reduction and safety goals. Other duties may be assigned.
