As a Murdoch's Team Member, you will provide your customers with the know-how on everything from hardware and fencing, to animal feed and health products, to toys and tack, plus much, much more. You will display down-to-earth product for an easy shopping experience and earn your customers’ smiles from the moment they walk in the door until they return to their car.

Requirements

• A “can-do” attitude.
• Motivation to achieve best productivity.
• Ability to stand for long periods, perform heavy and repetitive lifting (up to 50 lbs), and engage in repetitive wrist movements, bending, carrying, pushing, and reaching overhead.
• Ability to work on a ladder.
• Ability to work as a team to uphold Mission, Values, and Principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with know-how on products ranging from hardware and fencing to animal feed and health products, toys, and tack.
• Display products in an accessible manner for an easy shopping experience.
• Engage customers positively from entry to exit.
