Requirements
- One to two years’ experience in Retail
- Willing and able to work all shifts including weekends/holidays
- Must have reliable transportation
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
- Knowledge/passion in Health & Wellness
Nice To Haves
- Previous hotel/resort experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Checking guests out for retail purchases, educating the guests on recommended products from the spa team and retail items in the Fitness Center.
- Assist in monthly inventory projects.
- Verify all account postings and balances.
- Ensure guest accounts are accurate and credit information is up-to-date.
