Requirements

Full time availability with both weekend days available or part time availability with at least one weekend day available.
1-2 years in a customer service oriented role
Energetic individuals with retail experience and a passion for skin care
Innovative trouble-shooters who think on their feet and provide kustomer-oriented solutions

Skin care experience is not required as there is a comprehensive training program.

Responsibilities

Coach our guests into a personalized skin care training program.
Support our Skin Care Trainers (estheticians) throughout the day.
Connect with regular guests and build relationships with new guests.
Set personal goals with managers and trainers.
Take responsibility and learn other areas of the company.
Continuously coach their krew to meet goals and exceed expectations.
Fill our books with facials and precisely implement marketing and promotion efforts.
Strive to create a fun atmosphere with a supportive group of fellow krew members.
