About The Position

Thuma is seeking a proactive Retail Associate to join their team in Cherry Creek. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, the Retail Associate will exhibit an inviting, elevated, confident and friendly attitude whilst delivering a best-in-class customer experience as part of the Cherry Creek store team. The role involves providing exceptional customer experience, maintaining the store’s visual identity within brand guidelines through merchandising and stock replenishment, showcasing excellent product and brand knowledge, and working collaboratively to achieve daily goals. The associate will operate all systems seamlessly, including POS, inventory management, and clienteling platforms, serve as a Thuma Brand Ambassador, and build and nurture client relationships. Additionally, the role includes supporting the ecommerce customer experience team by responding to customer service emails when needed, stepping into the cafe to take orders and serve customers, supporting Management on back-of-house operations, and maintaining store appearance and cleanliness on a daily basis. Other activities and functions to facilitate store success as necessary are also part of the role.

Requirements

  • This job requires the ability to work in-person at the Thuma store in Cherry Creek.
  • This job requires availability to work flexible hours including weekends and occasional holidays.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Retail.
  • A proven record in delivering excellent customer service within a similar retail environment.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • A proactive and motivated individual with the ability to take initiative.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication, collaboration and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
  • Capacity to lift and move medium to large items, up to 75 lbs., using proper equipment and safety techniques.

  • experience with Shopify, NetSuite and Gladly is a plus.
