Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
1–2 years of retail or customer-facing experience preferred
Basic computer proficiency or ability to quickly learn POS systems
Professional appearance and adherence to company standards
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime during peak seasons

Responsibilities

Assist guests with merchandise selection and complete transactions accurately
Support sales goals and KPIs by engaging guests and taking ownership of your performance
Maintain attractive signage, displays, and seasonal merchandising
Restock and organize inventory, ensuring a clean, professional sales floor
Operate POS systems and troubleshoot minor issues
Support inventory control and loss prevention initiatives
Assist with special projects and additional duties as needed
Work independently and collaboratively to deliver a top-tier guest experience
