As a Murdoch's Team Member, you will provide your customers with the know-how on everything from hardware and fencing, to animal feed and health products, to toys and tack, plus much, much more. You will display down-to-earth product for an easy shopping experience and earn your customers’ smiles from the moment they walk in the door until they return to their car.

Requirements

• Possess a "can-do" attitude.
• Be motivated to achieve peak productivity.
• Be prepared for physical work, including standing for extended periods and heavy, repetitive lifting.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team to uphold the company's Mission, Values, and Principles (MVPs).
• Ability to perform repetitive wrist movements on a keyboard.
• Close vision for PC work.
• Ability to bend, carry, push, and reach overhead.
• Ability to work on a ladder.
• Ability to perform heavy and repetitive lifting (up to 50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with know-how on products ranging from hardware and fencing to animal feed and health products, toys, and tack.
• Display products in an accessible manner for an easy shopping experience.
• Engage customers positively from entry to exit.
