Fortune Fish & Gourmet Minnesota is seeking a Retail Sales Associate at our Coastal Seafood Stores to join our exciting and rapidly growing organization. Food preparation experience is not required, but is highly valued for this role. We are looking for happy, energetic and motivated individuals who enjoy a fast-paced environment. The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for achieving sales goals by sharing your knowledge and passion of our seafood products in a polite, professional and efficient manner. The position requires the delivery of exceptional customer service, including but not limited to; providing a comfortable shopping experience, greeting customers, cutting and packing orders, answering questions, point-of-sale entry and handling payments.

Clean up work station and department at the end of shift.

Responsibilities

Assist in various housekeeping and merchandising duties, including monitoring, maintaining, and servicing the seafood display case.
Maintain a clean work area to ensure the highest standards of sanitation.
Contribute suggestions to continuous improvement of the retail operation.
