Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Nice To Haves
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their shopping needs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Assist with receiving, unpacking, and merchandising inventory
- Help prevent theft and maintain store security
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate issues as needed
- Follow store policies and procedures
- Work as part of a team to achieve sales goals
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
