About The Position
Grandpa Joe's Candy Shop was born in Pittsburgh, PA, in 2012. We've grown from a single store to 23 locations (and counting!) across Pennsylvania, Ohio, Florida, West Virginia, Texas and Minnesota. We also offer national distribution of candy and soda to over 15,000 independent retailers. As a Retail Associate, you'll be at the forefront of the memorable experience that we create for our guests. You'll greet customers with a smile, guide them through their visit, and ensure they leave happy and eager to return. This role isn't just about sales; it's about making a difference and being part of something special.
