The Retail Associate Manager works in partnership with the Store Manager to lead and develop the store team. The primary goal is to deliver T-Mobile's aspirations of earning a place in customer's hearts and ensuring Mobile Expert success. This role involves fostering a passion for T-Mobile’s Manifesto among Mobile Experts, ensuring customer needs are met, and building customer confidence through comfortable, simple experiences that solve the whole problem. The manager is also responsible for observing Mobile Experts' interactions, providing feedback, and coaching for development and training. They must effectively manage customer wait times and stay current on products, services, and promotions. Additionally, the role requires leading by example, staying updated on best practices, ensuring Mobile Experts meet or exceed monthly success measurements, maintaining store environment quality, adhering to plan-o-gram standards, and effectively using visual displays. The manager assists in executing Retail Methods & Procedures, ensures team knowledge of store systems and communications, and is responsible for delivering financial results based on key performance indicators, managing and controlling store expenses, and handling discounting and credits.
