About The Position

WIS International is hiring immediately for Retail Associate – Inventory (Part-Time) positions with higher starting pay! The hourly rate range is based on actual ranges for employees who currently hold a comparable position. This is an active job where you will spend most of your shift standing and walking for extended periods, bending, kneeling, squatting, reaching, climbing ladders when needed, lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds, and working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment. If you enjoy staying active, working on your feet, and being rewarded for strong performance, this role is a great fit. No inventory experience is required, as WIS International provides all the training needed to succeed.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable using handheld technology
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Nice To Haves

• Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.
• Opportunity to become a paid driver or pharmacy counter – certification required

Responsibilities

• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Meet productivity goals to increase your earnings through our performance-based pay program
• Travel to retail locations
