About The Position

WIS International is hiring for a part-time Retail Inventory Associate. This role involves accurately counting inventory for top retailers. No prior inventory experience is needed as comprehensive training is provided. The position offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and performance-based pay increases, with the potential to earn up to $5.00 per hour above the base wage based on productivity and accuracy within the first six months. There are also opportunities for advancement into roles like paid driver or pharmacy counter, which require certification. Requirements

Nice To Haves

• Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.
• Certification required for paid driver or pharmacy counter roles.

Responsibilities

• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Meet productivity goals to increase earnings through performance-based pay
• Travel to retail locations
