Retail Associate – Inventory
About The Position
WIS International is looking for active individuals to join their team as Retail Inventory Associates. This part-time role involves accurately counting inventory for top retailers. No prior inventory experience is needed, as comprehensive training is provided. The position offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and performance-based pay increases, with opportunities to earn up to $2.00 more per hour within the first six months and up to $5.00 per hour in additional earnings. The job also includes a $200 referral bonus and access to 401(k), health, dental, vision, life, and disability plans. Some travel opportunities and occasional overnight assignments are part of the role, with the potential to become a certified paid driver or pharmacy counter.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using handheld technology
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Nice To Haves
- Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.
- No degree required.
