Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to all shoppers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
• Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide knowledgeable advice on products.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Assist with stock management, including receiving deliveries, replenishing shelves, and conducting regular inventory checks.
• Maintain high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising in line with company guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner.
