About The Position

The Retail Assistant at Bluejack Ranch is responsible for providing exceptional Member experiences through service-focused interactions and maintaining a welcoming retail environment. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a genuine passion for hospitality. The assistant will handle merchandise, assist Members with various needs including scheduling tee times and using the Club's mobile app, and process purchases using the Point-of-Sale system. The ideal candidate embraces the Club's culture and values, works collaboratively, and is committed to continuous improvement in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Basic computer skills
Must possess a valid Texas Driver’s License and meet the driver safety policy requirements
Ability to stand and move around for the entirety or majority of their shift
Ability to push, pull, bend, lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Ability to drive a golf cart to transport from one area of the property to another in a safe and secure manner

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of golf operations and/or retail preferred
Point-of-Sale (POS) experience is a plus

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail and work environment
Process Member and guest purchases accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system
Serve as a reliable and supportive team member, assisting colleagues as needed to ensure a seamless Member experience
