About The Position
Goodwill is hiring for multiple positions including Donation Door Attendants, Goodwill Support Supervisor, and Retail Assistant Supervisor. We are looking for individuals who love thrifting, want to work where they shop, enjoy employee discounts, and prefer a flexible work schedule. Opportunities are available at our Goodwill Store. The Cashier role involves greeting and assisting guests, changing and maintaining displays, keeping the store neat and clean, and replenishing or removing merchandise. Donation Door Attendants greet and assist donors, help unload vehicles, and sort donations. Production Associates meet daily production goals, process donations, sort merchandise for sale, and may assist at the donation door.
Requirements
- Requires standing, stooping, bending, and carrying for entire shift (excluding break times).
- Requires the use of hands for simple grasping, pushing and pulling, and fine manipulation.
- Requires moving 20-100 pounds by lifting, team lifting, or with mechanical assistance.
- Requires tolerance to extreme changes in temperature and humidity.
- Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community.
- Applicant must be physically and mentally able to perform all job requirements.
- Work schedule may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- All positions require the completion of a background check.

Responsibilities
- Greets and assists guests
- Changes and maintains displays
- Assists with keeping the store neat and clean
- Replenishes stock and/or removes merchandise from the sales floor
- Greets and assists donors in a fast-paced environment
- Assists in unloading vehicles of donations and treat donations with respect
- Sorts all donations into proper containers by categories
- Cleans and maintains the donation areas
- Meets daily production goals
- Processes donations, sorts and prepares merchandise for sale
- Assists with accepting donations at the donation door as needed and/or assigned
