About The Position

The Retail Assistant Store Manager supports the Management Team in operations management and team leadership. This role drives daily store performance, inspires employees, and ensures seamless customer service. The Assistant Store Manager contributes to store profitability through inventory management, visual merchandising, and sales management initiatives, while overseeing store systems and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales goals, deliver outstanding customer service, and foster a positive work environment.
• Ensure product displays and store layouts meet Skechers' standards for style and innovation while acting as a brand ambassador.
• Monitor stock levels, manage restocking, and organize the sales floor.
• Oversee store systems, scheduling, opening and closing procedures, and other operational processes.
• Support peak store operations by occasionally lifting and moving boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Drive revenue growth by implementing performance strategies, setting expectations, and exceeding sales goals.
• Proactively address operational challenges and resolve customer concerns.
