The Retail Assistant Manager will assist the Store Manager with various aspects of operating a retail store. This role is responsible for supporting an environment that drives sales through strong customer service skills, maintaining brand-enhancing store standards for a positive customer experience, and contributing to the store's sales and profit goals. The Assistant Manager will also aid in training and coaching store staff, protecting company assets, and controlling inventory shrinkage. A key aspect of this role is utilizing teamwork to grow the store and brand, providing constructive feedback, understanding and explaining merchandise to customers to drive sales, demonstrating accuracy and efficiency at the point of sale, and exhibiting ownership and accountability.
