About The Position
The Retail Assistant Manager assists in supervising a store team focused on creating an unforgettable shopping experience. As a sales lead, the assistant manager regularly interacts with customers and leads the customer experience alongside the store team. The role helps develop leadership skills and includes strategizing to achieve team sales goals. As a key holder, the assistant manager helps execute maurices Standard Operating Practices efficiently and accurately, including opening and closing the store. This is an evergreen requisition to build a pipeline of candidates for future openings at the Creekside Town Center store in Roseville, California. Hiring needs may vary; applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and candidates may be contacted as positions become available. The position is regular, full-time, and paid hourly at $20.48–$22.53, with eligibility for monthly incentive compensation based on store performance. Pay may vary according to qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies, work location, and applicable minimum-wage requirements. Requirements
- At least 1 year of customer service experience.
