About The Position

The Retail Assistant Manager assists in supervising a store team focused on creating an unforgettable shopping experience and helping customers look and feel their best. The role provides opportunities to develop leadership skills and build a career path. As a sales lead, the Assistant Manager regularly interacts with customers and leads the customer experience alongside the store team. The role also helps strategize to achieve team sales goals and, as a key holder, executes maurices Standard Operating Practices efficiently and accurately, including opening and closing the store. This is a full-time, regular position at the Chico Mall store in Chico, California. It is an evergreen requisition used to build a candidate pipeline for future openings; hiring needs may vary, and applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. The hourly pay range is $21.04–$23.14, with eligibility for monthly incentive compensation based on store performance. Pay may vary based on qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies, and work location. Requirements

At least 1 year of customer service experience.
