About The Position

The Assistant Store Manager assists in supervising a store team focused on creating an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves customers looking and feeling their best. The role offers support in developing leadership skills and career growth. As a sales lead, the Assistant Manager regularly interacts with customers and leads the customer experience alongside the store team. The Assistant Manager helps strategize to achieve team sales goals and, as a key holder, efficiently and accurately executes maurices Standard Operating Practices, including opening and closing the store. This is an evergreen requisition for future openings at Store 1074-Centennial Mall in Craig, Colorado. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and candidates may be contacted as openings become available. The position is regular, full-time, and hourly, with a pay range of $19.29–$21.13. It is eligible for monthly incentive compensation based on store performance. Pay may vary based on qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies, work location, and applicable minimum-wage requirements.

Requirements

At least 1 year of customer service experience.

Must be at least 18 years of age.
