About The Position
The Assistant Store Manager assists in supervising a store team focused on creating an unforgettable shopping experience and helping customers look and feel their best. The role provides opportunities to develop leadership skills and build a career path. As a sales lead, the assistant manager regularly interacts with customers and leads the customer experience with the store team. The assistant manager helps strategize to achieve team sales goals and, as a key holder, executes maurices Standard Operating Practices efficiently and accurately, including opening and closing the store. This is a regular, full-time position at the maurices store in Park Place Promenade, Visalia, California. The posting is an evergreen requisition for future openings, with applications reviewed on a rolling basis as hiring needs arise. The hourly pay range is $20.30–$22.33, with eligibility for monthly incentive compensation based on store performance. Pay may vary based on qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies, and work location. Requirements
- At least 1 year of customer service experience.

- Must be at least 18 years of age.
