About The Position

The Assistant Store Manager assists in supervising a store team focused on creating an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves customers looking and feeling their best. The role offers support in developing leadership skills and career growth. As a sales lead, the Assistant Store Manager regularly interacts with customers and leads the customer experience alongside the store team. The role also helps strategize to achieve team sales goals and, as a key holder, executes store standard operating practices accurately and efficiently, including opening and closing the store. This is a regular, full-time position at maurices Store 2164-Mktplc at El Paseo in Fresno, California. This evergreen requisition builds a candidate pipeline for future openings; hiring needs may vary, and applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. The hourly pay range is $20.32–$22.76, with eligibility for monthly incentive compensation based on store performance. Pay varies based on qualifications, experience, skills, competencies, and work location. Requirements
