Retail Assistant Manager - Full-Time
About The Position
The Retail Assistant Manager assists in supervising a store team focused on creating an unforgettable shopping experience. The role interacts with customers regularly and leads the customer experience alongside the store team. The Assistant Manager works to achieve team sales goals and, as a key holder, helps execute maurices Standard Operating Practices accurately and efficiently, including opening and closing the store. The position also offers support in developing leadership skills and career growth. This is an evergreen requisition for future openings at Store 1834-Shasta Outlets in Anderson, California. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis as hiring needs arise. The role is regular, full-time, and pays $18.47–$20.32 per hour, with eligibility for monthly incentive compensation based on store performance. Requirements
- At least 1 year of customer service experience.
- Ability to foster a team and create a positive working environment.
- Experience training and directing others.
- Ability to take initiative and participate in making decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve goals.
- Computer proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
