Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, stretching, and reaching; must be able to stand for extended periods.
- Comfortable working with petroleum products.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to operate an adding machine.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional, neat, and clean appearance.
- Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and measure customer satisfaction, using feedback to improve service and drive product sales.
- Oversee employee relations, including staffing levels, training, job assignments, and ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain a clean, organized station and ensure adequate stock of supplies at all times.
- Promote and enforce safe work habits, ensuring compliance with all safety and security procedures.
- Manage merchandising strategies to maximize sales and profitability through effective product selection, placement, stocking, and pricing.
- Complete daily bookkeeping tasks, including vendor invoices and other required documentation, accurately and promptly.
- Control shrinkage and monitor vendor activity and invoices to maintain operational integrity.
