About The Position

The Retail Assistant Manager assists with supervising a store team focused on creating an unforgettable shopping experience. The role involves regularly interacting with customers as a sales lead, guiding the customer experience alongside the store team, and helping develop leadership skills. The Assistant Manager works with the team to strategize toward sales goals and, as a key holder, executes maurices Standard Operating Practices, including opening and closing the store. This is a regular, full-time position at the River Landing maurices store in Montrose, Colorado. The posting is an evergreen requisition; actual hiring needs may vary and applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Compensation is $19.20–$21.12 per hour, varying according to qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies, work location, and applicable wage requirements. The position is eligible for monthly incentive compensation based on store performance. Requirements

At least 1 year of customer service experience.
