About The Position

The Assistant Store Manager assists in supervising a store team focused on creating an unforgettable shopping experience. The role interacts with customers regularly, leads the customer experience alongside the store team, and helps develop leadership skills. As a sales lead, the Assistant Store Manager strategizes to achieve team sales goals and, as a key holder, helps execute maurices Standard Operating Practices accurately and efficiently, including opening and closing the store. This is an evergreen requisition for future openings at Store 1428 in Parker, Colorado. The posting remains open year-round, hiring needs may vary, and applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. The position is regular, full-time, and hourly, with a stated pay range of $21.15–$22.99. It is eligible for monthly incentive compensation based on store performance. Requirements

At least 1 year of customer service experience.
