About The Position

The Retail Assistant Manager assists in supervising a store team focused on creating an unforgettable shopping experience. As a sales lead, the assistant manager regularly interacts with customers and leads the customer experience with the store team. The role includes strategizing to achieve team sales goals and, as a key holder, efficiently and accurately executing maurices Standard Operating Practices, including opening and closing the store. The company supports development of leadership skills and career growth. This is a regular, full-time position at the maurices store in Preferred Outlets Tulare, California. The posting is an evergreen requisition for future openings; hiring needs may vary, and applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Pay is $20.20–$22.22 per hour, with monthly incentive compensation eligibility based on store performance. Pay may vary based on qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies, and work location. Requirements
