About The Position

The Assistant Store Manager assists in supervising a store team focused on creating an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves customers looking and feeling their best. The role offers support in developing leadership skills and building a career path. As a sales lead, the Assistant Manager regularly interacts with customers and leads the customer experience alongside the store team. The Assistant Manager helps strategize to achieve team sales goals and, as a key holder, participates in accurately and efficiently executing maurices Standard Operating Practices, including opening and closing the store. This is a regular, full-time position at the maurices store in Sterling, Colorado. It is an evergreen requisition intended to build a pipeline for future openings; actual hiring needs may vary, and applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. The hourly pay range is $18.83–$20.63, with monthly incentive compensation based on store performance. Pay may vary based on qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies, work location, and applicable minimum-wage requirements. Requirements

At least 1 year of customer service experience.
