About The Position

The Retail Assistant Manager works alongside the Store Manager to exceed customer expectations, create a high-energy store environment, and uphold 5.11 store standards. The role combines teamwork, hands-on execution, and leadership, with the Assistant Manager leading by example and supporting the team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The position supports store operations, including inventory, merchandising, and visual presentation, while maintaining customer focus, compliance, and operational excellence. The role also involves developing and motivating team members and fostering teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience, focused on developing and motivating teams.
• Ability to support daily operations, manage priorities, and deliver results.
