About The Position

Manage overall daily operations of assigned retail outlet(s). Ensure the integrity of the department by managing staff to meet company standards. Ensure the store is adequately staffed and stocked. Work with buyers to help maintain optimum product mix, proper levels of inventory and correct sku maintenance.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.
Knowledge of product lines and retail operations.
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
Must be detail-oriented.
Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.

Nice To Haves

One (1) year of prior experience in a supervisory position (or higher) in a retail store preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise retail staff and daily operations.
Ensure that a professional and high standard of customer service is consistently provided.
Train and instruct staff in proper performance of job duties; monitor compliance with company and departmental policies and procedures.
Hire, coach, evaluate, discipline and schedule team members.
Maintain adequate staffing levels in response to business demands.
Manage and oversee merchandise displays, cleanliness, and organization of store and storage areas.
Monitor inventory levels.
Verify and authorize cash transactions e.g. bank issuance, voids, and over rings.
Ensure proper pricing of merchandise.
Respond to and resolve customer complaints.
Increase revenue through customer service, merchandise and sales skills.
