About The Position

This role involves assisting the Store Manager in various aspects of retail store operations. The primary focus is on driving sales through excellent customer service, maintaining brand-enhancing store standards, and supporting the achievement of sales and profit goals. The position also includes training and coaching store staff, protecting company assets, controlling inventory shrinkage, and fostering a team-player environment. Key responsibilities include understanding and explaining merchandise to customers, demonstrating accuracy at the point of sale, and exhibiting ownership and accountability.
