About The Position

The Retail Assistant Manager assists in supervising a store team focused on creating an unforgettable shopping experience. The role regularly interacts with customers, leads the customer experience alongside the store team, and helps strategize to achieve team sales goals. As a key holder, the Assistant Manager helps execute maurices Standard Operating Practices accurately and efficiently, including opening and closing the store. The role also supports development of leadership skills and career growth. This is a full-time, regular position at the maurices store in Porterville, California. This evergreen requisition is used to build a candidate pipeline for future openings; hiring needs may vary, and applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Pay is $19.97–$22.37 per hour, with monthly incentive compensation eligibility based on store performance. Pay varies based on qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies, and work location. Requirements

At least 1 year of customer service experience.
