About The Position

The Assistant Store Manager assists in supervising a store team focused on creating an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves customers looking and feeling their best. The role offers support in developing leadership skills and building a career path. As a sales lead, the Assistant Manager regularly interacts with customers and leads the customer experience alongside the store team. The Assistant Manager helps strategize to achieve team sales goals and, as a key holder, executes maurices Standard Operating Practices accurately and efficiently, including opening and closing the store. This is a regular, full-time position at maurices Store 1436 in Northglenn, Colorado. It is an evergreen requisition for future openings; applications are reviewed on a rolling basis and candidates may be contacted as hiring needs arise. Pay is $20.50–$22.55 per hour, depending on qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies, and work location. The position is eligible for monthly incentive compensation based on store performance.
